Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)What You’ll Do
As a Medical Biller at Fora Dermatology, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the practice. Key responsibilities include:
Posting and collecting patient payments
Verifying insurance and coding procedure/chart notes (ICD-10/CPT)
Submitting encounters and insurance claims
Managing denials, rejections, appeals, and collection processing
Following up on outstanding claims and overseeing accounts receivable
Maintaining clear correspondence with patients and insurance carriers
Supporting the front office team as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma (required); associate degree or healthcare certification (preferred)
CPC certification required
1+ year of medical billing experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and insurance workflows
Experience with claim follow-up, denials, and appeals
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay: Starting at $80,000/year + performance-based bonusWhat You’ll Do
As a PA/NP at Fora Dermatology, you will work alongside a team of experienced providers, including a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Your role will include:
Conducting comprehensive patient exams and consultations
Diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatologic conditions
Performing minor surgical procedures and cosmetic treatments
Educating patients and developing personalized treatment plans
Prescribing therapeutic regimens and following up on care
Documenting thoroughly in EHR and supporting clinical flow
Participating in team meetings, ongoing education, and practice development
Qualifications & Skills
Completion of an accredited PA or NP program
Active licensure and board certification in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience ( preferred)
Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical documentation
CPR certification and up-to-date CME credits
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and OIG compliance standards

What You’ll Do
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols and physician prescriptions
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
Accurately position treatment fields and deliver prescribed doses with precision
Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any complications or side effects
Educate patients about their treatment process and address questions or concerns

Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy (required)
ARRT Certification (required)

Fora Dermatology, Bold City Dermatology, and Good Epi are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial Marketing & Brand Development Intern to join our team.
This unique internship offers hands-on experience working directly with Megan Niezgucki, Director of Operations for Fora Dermatology and Bold City Dermatology and Co-Founder of Good Epi, a dermatologist-formulated skincare brand. The selected candidate will gain firsthand exposure to the strategy, operations, and execution involved in growing both successful healthcare organizations and an emerging consumer skincare brand.
The intern will work closely with Megan, physicians, and business leadership including Dr. Bishr Al Dabagh (DoctorBishr), board-certified dermatologist, entrepreneur, and founder of Fora Dermatology and Good Epi to support marketing initiatives, business development projects, community outreach efforts, and operational initiatives.
Unlike traditional internships that focus solely on social media or content creation, this role provides a comprehensive look at how businesses are built and scaled. Interns will gain valuable experience in marketing, communications, operations, customer experience, e-commerce, product launches, fulfillment and brand strategy.

Compensation
This is an unpaid internship designed to provide meaningful mentorship, professional development, and real-world business experience. Interns will work directly with leadership and gain exposure to multiple aspects of healthcare and consumer brand operations.
Performance-based bonuses may be awarded based on initiative, contributions, project completion, and achievement of established goals.
