We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Fora Dermatology is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Skincare products purchased online

  • Promotional or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fora Dermatology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
